How to Find Out who Stalks Your Facebook Page

How To Find Out Who Stalks Your Facebook Page | Over the previous couple of weeks much of my students insisted they know 'a way' to see who looked at your facebook profile one of the most. Typically I don't care about such 'misconceptions' but because it didn't pass away and trainees didn't believe my 'that's difficult to work' here a short article about it and the reason it will not work.

How To Find Out Who Stalks Your Facebook Page

The concept: Learn your facebook ID (if you do not know how to do that, google it. Easy as 1,2,3), navigate to your profile by means of your own ID, right click, open source code and after that see your 'stalker'.

Here are some screenshots that show how it should work.

1.) Navigate to your profile by means of your ID, best click and view page source.

2.) Search for the entry 'friendslist' in the source code.

And here the reason this DOES NOT WORK!

1.) Buddies and the private information Facebook gathers from them and you is their biggest good. They would NEVER EVER EVER make it accesible and easy to discover. If you can discover it out like this, everybody else might discover it out too. Simply think of the problems this might cause. That's something Facebook would never ever desire to happen because they would enter great deals of difficulty.

2.) This part of the source code does reveal some kind of a list, real. However it is quite most likely that it reveals the good friends you are most likely to interact with. As you may now Facebook ranks your pals and the news you see and on wich position your good friends appear on your interaction with them. So if you are most likely to communicate with a friend (say it's your sis or somebody you used to talk to a lot over the previous couple of days) this friend will make it to the top of the list. It is NOT the person who visited your profile the last.

3.) If you don't think me, believe some of the other geeks and Facebook addicts out there. Example:

Hope that helps and the misconception of 'I understand who visited my profile last/ most' will finally die.

Ways You Can Block A Facebook Stalker

1. Via Your Block Lists

You can block both people and applications.

In Facebook, go to > Account > Personal privacy Settings and find the product called > Block Notes at the bottom of the page. Click the > Edit your lists connect to continue.

On the following page you can go into Facebook users by name and e-mail address and block them.

If there are several individuals with the exact same name, you will see a list of matching profiles. Click the > Block button beside the individual you were looking for.

2. Via Their Profile.

On each Facebook user profile there is a > Report/Block this Person link at the bottom left. Click this link and a window will appear that enables you to make a choice.

For instance, you could report the individual for > Unwanted contact and inspect the box to > Block this individual. If you go with the block, the name will appear in your Block Notes, as described above.

3. Via Their Messages.

If the individual you want to obstruct has sent you any messages, you can obstruct them by clicking the > Report link next to their name and the date the message was gotten. To see the link you must open the message. Once you click it, a window with more options will appear.

Note that no one you obstruct will be informed of the action. Nevertheless, if they are on your friend list, they will be gotten rid of and your profile will not show up to them. Similarly, you won't have the ability to see their profile. You both will be undetectable to each other, with the exception of 3rd party applications.

If you accidentally blocked someone, you can quickly eliminate the block. Go to your Block Lists and click the > Unblock link beside the person's name. You will be asked to verify. Uncloging a person will not bring back a previous connection.

4. Eliminate Your Fundamental Directory Site Info.

If you have a serious stalker, chances are they will just establish a new Facebook account as soon as you obstruct them. In this case you need to consider making your profile private, so that complete strangers can not find and pester you.

The very first thing you must do, is eliminate as much of yourself as possible from the > Standard Directory Site Info. Go to > Account > Privacy Settings and click on > View Settings.

On the following page you can specify who can search and discover you on Facebook, send good friend demands or messages, see your good friend list, and more. For each item choose thoroughly from the following options: Everyone, Friends of Pals, or Buddies Only.

Sadly, you can not completely hide yourself. Facebook mentions that "your name, profile photo, gender, and network are constantly open to everybody." This discusses why.

5. Tighten Your Personal Privacy Settings.

Besides restricting standard directory site information, you must also limit who can see the things you are sharing. Go back to > Account > Privacy Settings and click the > Customize settings to adjust your > Sharing on Facebook options. You can likewise select from a default setting.

A new page with a list of options will open. Go through all the points and decide who you wish to see your posts, your individual info, or things others share with you. You can select from Everybody, Friends of Pals, Friends Only, or Personalize each point and make the information noticeable to only yourself or conceal it from specific people.

It goes without stating that Facebook is just one medium through which a person can stalk you. No matter how tight your personal privacy settings or how reliable the people on your good friend list are, somebody determined to find and pester you still has the rest of the web at their disposal. Make certain to treat your personal information, your contact information, and your online personal privacy in general like a raw egg.

If that's all we can tell about How To Find Out Who Stalks Your Facebook Page I hope this article was helpful thank you.
