Deleting A Facebook Group - Facebook groups can be useful for services, supplying a personal or public online forum to communicate with staff members, clients or coworkers. As a group creator or administrator, you have several group management capabilities. For instance, you can erase the group by eliminating every member and then removing yourself. While this can be a time consuming procedure depending on the group's member count, it is the only method to completely eliminate a group from Facebook.

Deleting A Facebook Group


1. Visit to Facebook and visit your group's page.

2. Click "About" to see a group members list.

3. Click the gear-shaped icon next to a member's name and click "Get rid of From Group." A timely opens.

4. Click "Validate." Continue removing all group members up until you are the last individual left.

5. Click the gear-shaped icon beside your name and click "Eliminate From Group." A timely appears asking you if you wish to delete the group.

6. Click "Erase Group."

Suggestion Deleting A Facebook Group
Only the very first admin or creator of a group can delete the group. If the developer left, then the next admin in line can delete the group.
